When he is not on kitchen duty, the Starred Chef accepts invitations to devise menus on demand, making special dishes for special occasions and enhancing the festive atmosphere of an event through his personality.  He can appear as the invited Chef, take charge of the food preparation for a cocktail party or gala dinner or a more intimate meal, whether in some special place, or yacht, or private villa or at the Mirazur itself.  Contact us for an individual estimate and a performance “all found” !
